Three right candidates, not thirty CVs.
Inside Cubicle is a boutique hiring consultancy in Gurgaon. Every search is run with senior judgement, and every candidate is spoken to before you meet them. The shortlist you receive is short because someone actually chose.
Personally assessed. No exceptions.

Fifty CVs by Friday. Keyword matches from a database, forwarded by someone who hasn't read the job description — or spoken to a single person on the list. A junior on the account by week two. Silence after the invoice.
Every hiring manager in NCR carries this scar tissue. Inside Cubicle is built as the antidote: senior attention on every search, and a shortlist where every name has already survived a real conversation.
Every search, done properly.
-
The brief
The search begins with an hour on what the role actually needs — the job as it is, not the JD as written. Fifteen years of demanding client briefs taught the founder the difference, and it's usually where a search is won or lost.
-
The search
A senior network and the open market, worked properly. Anyone worth your time first has a real conversation — skills, motivation, and an honest picture of the role. No one reaches you unspoken-to.
-
The shortlist
You receive three candidates, each with assessment notes: why they fit, where they'll stretch, and what to probe in the interview. Your hour goes into meeting people, not sorting paper.
-
After the offer
Inside Cubicle stays close through the notice period and the landing. Every placement carries a replacement guarantee, in writing.

Fifteen years on your side of the table.
I'm Amrita Hazari. Before Inside Cubicle, I spent fifteen years in advertising — JWT, Leo Burnett, Havas, and Wunderman Thompson — running accounts like The Times of India, Apple, and Nestlé, and building the teams that kept them.
That career was one long exercise in judging people under pressure: who can carry a client, who folds at the first crisis, who is worth fighting to keep. Reading people was always my sharpest instinct, and every team I built sharpened it further. I've been the person accountable for the hire, not just the person filling it.
Inside Cubicle is where that instinct became the whole job.

What Inside Cubicle won't do.
- Mass CV blasts
- Candidates no one has spoken to
- Junior handoffs
- Keyword-match shortlists
- Pretending judgement scales
- Disappearing after the invoice
If you need fifty CVs by Friday, this is the wrong consultancy — and you'll be told so on the first call. The refusals are the reason the shortlist works.
Tell us about the role.
One conversation. If Inside Cubicle takes the search on, you'll hear exactly how it will be run and what it costs. If not, you'll be told immediately — and you'll have lost nothing but twenty minutes.
